⚠️ Boater Safety License Required
Florida State Law requires operators to have a valid Boating Safety Education Card. Any driver born on or after January 1, 1988 must have, in their possession, a Boating Safety Education Card (or online temporary certificate) and photo ID to operate a waverunner in the State of Florida. If you don't have a card, you can take an online exam to obtain a temporary certificate, valid for 90 days in Florida, for $13.99. If you've already been certified, bring a printout or screenshot of your certificate to your reservation.
Age Requirements & Restrictions
Renters: Minimum age 18. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Must sign a liability waiver acknowledging risks.
Drivers: Minimum age 18. Boating experience is helpful but not required.
Passengers: Minimum age 6. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign the waiver on their behalf. Weight restrictions apply for safety — contact us for details.
Liability Waiver & Release
All participants must complete and sign a comprehensive liability waiver before participating in any jet car experience. The waiver includes acknowledgment of inherent water sports risks, release from liability for ordinary negligence, assumption of risk for participation, medical condition disclosure requirements, a photo/video release for promotional purposes, and agreement to follow all safety instructions.

What are your hours of operation?

How many people can ride in one Jet Car?
Most of our Jet Cars are designed for two people: one driver and one passenger, with that base price covering both. We also have a 4-seater Jet Car available for larger groups — each additional passenger beyond the driver and first passenger is an extra $50. Just let us know in your booking request.
What safety standards do you follow?
All operations meet or exceed U.S. Coast Guard safety standards. Every guest receives a 15-minute safety orientation covering operation and controls, safety equipment, navigation boundaries, hand signals, and wildlife awareness. Professional guides maintain constant visual and radio contact throughout your ride, with support vessels nearby for assistance.
